Privacy policy

Local Pulse is a product of CRÉO Global (creoglobal.co). This policy explains what the platform collects, why it collects it, who else sees it, and how you remove it.

What we collect

We collect three kinds of data.

Why we use it

We use this data to operate the service you asked for: to show your locations and reviews, to publish the replies, posts and listing changes you approve, to calculate the metrics and reports in the platform, and to bill you. We do not sell your data. We do not use your Google Business Profile data for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalised machine learning models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Local Pulse's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else processes your data

We use a small set of sub-processors. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep your workspace data until you disconnect Google or delete your account. Disconnecting Google revokes the OAuth tokens we hold and stops all further access to your Business Profile. Deleting your account removes the workspace and the data in it. We may keep billing records where the law requires it.

How to revoke access

You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings, using the Disconnect control. You can also revoke access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Either route stops the platform reading or writing your Business Profile.
