Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Local Pulse, a product of CRÉO Global (creoglobal.co). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Local Pulse is a management platform for local business listings. It connects to Google Business Profile and other publishers on your behalf so you can read reviews, publish replies and posts, keep listing data consistent, track map rankings and produce reports across many locations from one place.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password private, and for what the people you invite into your workspace do with it. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been used without permission.
What you are paying for
Google Business Profile is free, and it stays free. Google does not charge for a listing, and neither do we. Your subscription pays for the Local Pulse platform and the work it does for you: the sync, the review workflow, the rank tracking, the reporting and the support around them. You can do the same work by hand in Google's own tools at no cost.
Your profiles stay yours
You keep ownership of your Google Business Profiles, your listings and your content. Connecting them to Local Pulse does not transfer any ownership to us. If you leave, your profiles remain exactly where they are, under your Google account.
Authority to connect
You may only connect profiles you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting a profile you confirm you have that authority. If you manage profiles for clients, you confirm your client has agreed to it.
Changes are logged
Every change the platform makes to your listings, reviews and posts is written to the audit log in your workspace, with the actor, the action and the time. The log is visible to you at any time, so you can see exactly what was done and by whom.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Ask us at [email protected] and we will process the cancellation within seven business days. Cancelling stops future charges and ends access at the close of the paid period.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, review volume, rating or business outcome. Parts of the service depend on Google and other third party APIs, which can change, rate limit or fail outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CRÉO Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
